REFUND POLICY
At Elorien, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
Gift cards
Sale items (final sale)

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@elorien.store.
